Here is all of the information for todays Marathon training tempo run.
Meeting: 7:05pm at engineers gate for 2 warm up miles or meet at 7:30pm at engineers for the workout
Workout: 3 miles each one getting faster. First mile at MGP, 2nd mile at HMGP, and 3rd mile at 10K pace. No rest in between.
Cool down: Recommended 1-3 miles
