Hi all,

This year’s summer soiree will be taking place aboard La Barca Cantina, AKA the taco boat! The event is on Saturday, August 14th at 5:30pm and will involve food, drink, and a sail on the Hudson river. We will be paying upfront for a two-hour open bar package which will cost $50/pp. This will include your entry to the boat, two hours of beer/wine/hard seltzer, as well as tacos and apps. So put on your summer best and get ready to fiesta with the Reservoir Dogs!

Details:
Where: La Barca Cantina is at West 41st and 12th Avenue, docked on the Hudson River.
When: Our open bar reservation is from 5:30pm-7:30pm. The boat will cruise from 6pm to 7pm, so make sure to get there before the boat leaves, though we recommend arriving at 5pm so that you have time to get on board and to the party area before the open bar begins. In addition to the food we will be ordering for the group, you’ll be able to purchase your own food before, during and after our timeslot. Feel free to get to the boat anytime after 4:45 with our reservation. Once the open bar period is over, we can stay on the boat until closing time; there’s another cruise from 8pm to 9pm if we want to stay for sunset, we will just be migrating to a different part of the boat.
How: Please RSVP on the Facebook group and Paypal $50 to trdtreasury@gmail.com to reserve your spot. Since we are subsidizing the cost of the drinks/food package, we ask that TRD members pay their 2021 dues when they are able, and that you restrict any plus ones to significant others. You must RSVP and pay for your ticket by Wednesday, August 11th, which is when the boat will need final numbers.
