We will meet at Southern Pump House at 7:30pm and jog to the West Drive (across from Tavern on the Green) for the warm-up. If you’re running late or simply prefer to meet us there, we will be there at 7:40pm to start the workout.
Wednesday 2/13 – Intervals
A: 3-4x 1 mile @ HMGP on 1’ jog
B: 5x 1 mile @ HMGP on 1’ jog
*beginners sub in standing rest for jogging and cut down reps as needed/directed by speed leader
