Hey everyone!
We’re looking to add at least one person to our Wednesday Night Speed rotation. As a speed leader, you can expect to host a Wednesday workout on average every 4 to 5 weeks. As host, you’ll be expected to post the workout, meet the group to explain the workout and offer encouragement during the workout itself. While speed hosts often design workouts, you can lean on our speed coordinator, Peter Lee, to help come up with your weekly offering if you need assistance (thanks, Pete!). And, for some stretches we have race-specific speed plans (e.g., ahead of the Brooklyn Half, a popular race for our club) so in those instances you’d host the designated workout for your week.
