Saturday Morning Group Run, guest-hosted by David K.
When: 9:30 a.m., Sat., 1/18/20
Where: Central Park, meeting on the bridge just south of the South Gate House (near East Dr and the 86th St Transverse).
What: 5-mile run on the Bridle Path (I’ll explain); brunch after, for those who need defrosting (location to be determined by democratic vote).
How: Start as a group, run your pace, regroup at the start.
Weather: Yes, it will be cold and gray, but it should be calm — it’s the wind that counts. You’ll be fine.
