Tonight’s speed workout will be 1200m repeats along East Drive. It’s going to be a scorcher out there, so be sure to hydrate throughout the day today!
Meeting time/place: 7:30pm at the Southern Pump House. We’ll do a quick warmup and then regroup at the 400m mark behind the Met (East Drive at approximately 84th Street). Reps will start from there.
Workout: 3-5 1200m repeats at half marathon pace with 90-second standing/walking/jogging recoveries — your choice.
And don’t forget to wear your Res Dogs or other red gear tonight!
