Welcome to #RDRW Speed edition. We’re celebrating the nice weather with the start of Res Dog Red Week where we’ll be out in full force with our club kits! You have resdog gear? Great! wear it! If you don’t have one and wanna look cool with the rest of us, get one! You have it but you wore it on Monday? Wear it inside out!
We’ll meet at The Southern Pump Bridge at 7:30pm and jog to Engineer’s for warmup.
The Workout:
2 x 2m at 90% effort with 3′ jog rest in between
OR
3 x 2M at Half Marathon Goal Pace with 3′ jog rest in between
