Res Dogs Red Week Roundup–say that five times fast!

We have a LOT going on this week, so wanted to put it all in one place for you here. First off, don’t forget to wear your TRD gear or some red for any of our regular runs this week. Otherwise, we’ll see you out there at…

LAST THURSDAY: This month is special as LT falls on Halloween! Please join as at DTUT on 2nd ave between 90th and 91st streets after 8:30pm for a frighteningly fun evening. Costumes encouraged but not required.

MARATHON DINNER–FRIDAY: We have reserved a private space on the top floor of Pete and Jess’ building at 171 East 84th Street and will be bringing in catering from Carmine’s. The food will be ready starting at 6:30 and we have the space until 10pm, so come by anytime in that window (if you trust your hungry teammates not to have eaten it all by 10…) Cost is $42/pp and should be paid in advance by Tuesday night to @Joelle-Hobeika (venmo) or joellehobeika@gmail (PayPal). Friends and family very much welcome, just give names when you RSVP so we can share a list with the doorman.

MARATHON CHEERING–SUNDAY: Come cheer your fellow dogs in the NYC marathon! We will be manning our usual spot on the East side of 1st Avenue at 114th Street near mile 19 (across the street from Jefferson Park). Friends, family, and real dogs are welcome! We will have a table and banner. Cheerers are encouraged to bring snacks and beverages to share with fellow cheerers. Quick timeline: 10:40am: set up; 11:30-12:30: Wave 1 expected; 12:30-1:30: Wave 2 expected; 1:30-2:30 Wave 3 expected; 2:30-3:30 Wave 4 expected; 4:00: clean up

MARATHON POST-PARTY–SUNDAY EVENING: After a marathon day of running or cheering, come celebrate your victorious teammates on Sunday evening at Amity Hall Uptown (982 Amsterdam Ave b/t 108 and 109). Beginning at 6 PM we will have a space with a few tables reserved. Their whole menu will be available.
