Our friends at FinishLine PT will be stopping by this Monday night to show us some strength/injury-prevention moves. Whether you’re looking to prevent injury as you ramp up your mileage for a fall marathon or simply want to add some new exercises to your regular routine, join us this Monday!
The session will start by 7:10pm. If you plan to join for the session please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. MNR will begin at its regularly scheduled time (7:30pm).
