Our next Club Points race is THIS SATURDAY! The Percy Sutton Harlem 5K starts at 8:30 AM. Here is all you need to know:
-Cheer Squad will meet at 8:30 and be located at 134th and St. Nicholas (Mile 3 of the course).
-Post Race – All Runners who plan to brunch please meet us at this spot, and we will walk over together.
-We will be brunching at Harlem Tavern (Frederick Douglass b/t 116th and 117th). I will make a 9:30 AM reservation. Bring your race bib (or “borrow” someone else’s wink wink, and you get a free Bloody Mary!!!
-Jimmy will be leading Saturday Morning Group Run (SMGR aka Smerger) for a Smerger Merger with the Cheer Squad/Runners. But I digress, it will be a modified SMGR that will end at Harlem Tavern. He will post later in the week with more details.
I hope you will all come out for either racing, cheering, or brunching!
