Tuesday, September 25th
Meet for warm up: Engineers’ gate at 7:05pm
Meet for workout: Engineers’ Gate at 7:30pm
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 1-2x 2 miles @ MGP on 3′ jog, 2x 1 mile @ HMGP on 2′ jog 1-2 mile cool down
Where: We will use MNR loop and add an additional Lower loop repeat
Thursday, September 27th
No organized workout. Only easy miles, Thursday Night Run a good option for having some company
Saturday, September 29th
On your own
Workout: Race a half (or Bronx 10-miler) or the following workout: 17-19 miles:3-4 miles easy, 3 miles @ MGP, 5-6 miles easy, 3x 1 mile @ HMP, on 3′ jog, 2 miles easy
