Week 7 training details here.
Tuesday, September 18th
Meet for warm up: Engineers’ gate at 7:05pm
Meet for workout: 400m mark along East Drive just south of Engineers’ Gate at 7:30pm (approximately 87th st) Note: stand on the grass on the side, don’t block the drive!
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 10-14x 400m @ 5KGP on 200m jog, 1-2 mile cool down
Where: We will use the 400m marks along the straightaway on East drive
Thursday, September 20th
Meet for warm up: Engineers’ gate at 7:05pm
Meet for workout: Tavern on the Green (approximately 67th street West drive) at 7:30pm
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 4x 1.5 miles @ MGP on 2′ jog, 1-2 mile cool down
Where: Lower Loop
Saturday, September 22nd
On your own
Workout: 16-18 miles total
