Week 6 training details here.
Tuesday, September 11th
Meet for warm up: Engineers gate at 7:05pm
Meet for workout: Tavern on the Green (approximately 67th street West drive) at 7:30pm
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 4-5x 1 mile @ HMGP on 400m jog, 1-2 mile cool down
Where: We will use the Lower Loop. from Tavern on the Green around the bottom of the park to Summer Stage entrance and back.
Thursday, September 13th
Meet for warm up: Engineers gate at 7:05pm
Meet for workout: Engineers gate at 7:30pm
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 4 miles @ HMGP, 1-2 mile cool down
Where: We will be doing the 5 mile loop of the park starting with Thursday Night Run; last mile easy
Saturday, September 15th
On your own
Workout: 17-21 miles total including last 4-5 miles: 3-4 miles @ MGP, 1 mile easy
