Hi all!
Week 5 training details here. Looks to be another warm week so make sure to bring some water!
Tuesday, September 4th
Meet for warm up: Engineers gate at 7:05pm
Meet for workout: Tavern on the Green (approximately 67th street West drive) at 7:30pm
Workout: 8′, 12′, 16′ @ HMGP on 4′ jog
Where: We will use the Lower Loop. 8′ in counter clockwise, lead person turns around to jog back and pick up the others during the 4′, 12′ back counter clockwise, etc.
Thursday, September 6th
Meet for warm up: Engineers gate at 7:05pm
Meet for workout: Engineers gate at 7:30pm
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 2x 2 miles @ MGP on 1 mile jog, 1-2 mile cool down
Where: We will be doing the 5 mile loop of the park starting with Thursday Night Run
Saturday, September 8th
On your own
Workout: 14 miles total including 3-6 miles easy, 3-8 miles @ MGP, 1 mile @ HMGP, 2 miles easy

Hi all,
Quick update. There will be no organized group pre-miles at 7:05pm tonight. Jimmy J will be your host for the marathon workout at 7:30pm from engineers.
