Here is this weeks workouts for New York. Please be careful with the heat this week. Make sure you adjust your times accordingly and drink a lot of fluids including electrolytes.
Tuesday
Meet for warm up: 7:05pm Engineers Gate
Meet for workout: 7:30pm 400 meter mark behind the met. Approximately 84th street and east drive
Workout: 6-8x (800m @ HMGP/800m @ MGP+30″)
Thursday
Meet for warm up: 7:05pm Engineers Gate
Meet for workout: 7:30pm Engineers Gate
Workout: 4-7 miles @ MGP
Saturday
15-20 easy miles
