Welcome to peak mileage week of the plan!
Week 10 training details here:
Tuesday, October 9th
Meet for warm up: 1-2 miles on your own
Meet for workout: Tavern on the Green; 67th st & West drive in the park
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 2-3 Lower Loop Canovas: each loop consists of 2 laps of the lower loop; the first at HMGP and the second at MGP+20-30″, 1-2 mile cool down
Where: CP Lower Loop
Thursday, October 11th
Meet for warm up: 1-2 miles on your own
Meet for workout: Engineer’s Gate at 7:30pm
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 4-6 miles @ MGP, 1-2 mile cool down
Where: Start with Thursday night run
Saturday, October 13th
On your own
Workout: 20-22 miles with last hour @ MGP. For example if your marathon pace is 8:00 you might run 11-13 miles easy, 7.5 miles @ 8:00 pace and 1.5 miles easy.
