NYC Marathon Training for 9/7-9/11:
Tue 9/7: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met: 8′, 12′, 16′ @ HMGP w/4′ jog recovery after each
Thu 9/9: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 2x 2 miles @ MGP on 1
Sat 9/11: on your own 14 miles or 14: 2-6 easy, 5-9 @ MGP, 1 @ HMP, 2 easy; hopefully you can join our Saturday Morning Run during your long run.
