NYC Marathon Training for 9/28-10/2:
* Tue 9/28: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 1-2x 2 miles@ MP, 3′ jog, 2x 1 mile @ HMP; 2′ jog
* Thu 9/30: Rest
* Sat 10/2: on your own – Race a Half or 17-19:3-4 easy, 3 @ MGP, 5-6 easy, 3x 1 mile @ HMP, on 3′ jog, 2 easy; hopefully you can join our Saturday Morning Run during your long run.

Also, remember to mark your calendars. Last Thursday will be at the Baylander this Thursday 9/30 at 7:30pm. Join us for food and drinks while overlooking the Hudson River. It’s at 125th and the Hudson River.
