NYC Marathon Training for 9/14-9/18:
* Tue 9/14: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 5x 1 mile @ HMGP w/400m jog recovery
* Thu 9/16: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 4 miles @ HMGP
* Sat 9/18: on your own – 17-21 miles; last 5: 4 @ MGP, 1 easy; hopefully you can join our Saturday Morning Run during your long run.
