NYC Marathon Training for 8/24-8/28:
Tue 8/24: meet at the Riverbank Track, 6:30pm – 4x 1 mile @ HMGP w/400m jog recovery
Thu 8/26: meet behind the Met, 6:30pm – 4-6 miles @ MGP
Sat 8/28: 15-19 miles including 7-8x ½ mile @ MGP ½ mile @ jog, on your own but join our Sat Morning Run if you can.
