This is our NYC Marathon Training for 10/26-10/30:
* Tue 10/26: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 4x 3/4 miles @ MGP (400m jog in between)
* Thu 10/28: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 6 miles @ MGP
*Sat 10/30: on your own – 11-14 miles easy; hopefully you can join our Saturday Morning Run during your long. Or contact David Hill for additional running options from different other groups since this is a popular weekend for people running the last 10 miles of the marathon.
