NYC Marathon Training for 10/19-10/23:
* Tue 10/19: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 6-8x 1/2 mile @ MGP (400m jog in between)
* Thu 10/21: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 10 miles @ MGP
* Sat 10/23: on your own – 13-17 miles easy; hopefully you can join our Saturday Morning Run during your long run.
