Happy Monday Everyone!
As you may know, the NYC Half is this Sunday March 18th! We have over 30 Dogs running, and we need an even bigger contingent to come cheer them on! We are going to set up in a familiar spot to our club…Cat Hill! Specifically, we will be behind the Met in the grassy area on the West Side of the street. A few of us should be there as early at 8:15. It’s around Mile 10, and we hope our cheering will propel them up Cat Hill on their way to crushing the finish!
Bundle Up, Wear Read, bring a chair if you want to sit, and bring your loudest voice and any artificial noise makers you may have laying around.
Post-Race Michael Crooke is opening up his apartment/back patio for everyone to convene for beers and bagels. The bagels will be gratis courtesy of TRD Treasury. If you’re planning on having beer, please bring some cash to throw in for the keg. When George Keeley’s opens up at Noon, we will move the post-race shenanigans there.
Crooke’s apartment is located at 21 West 87th Street Apartment B. We will kickoff at 10:00 AM.
For those racing, good luck on your last week of training. For those cheering, do whatever necessary so you can BRING THE NOISE on Sunday!
