Tonight we will be doing Monday night run. All of the details are below. For those of you that ran the NYC marathon yesterday, congratulations and I do not recommend that you run today. Give your muscles some time to heal especially after such a hot day. We will be going to Dorrian’s after the run to continue to celebrate yesterdays marathon so please come by dorrians with your medals. We will be there around 8pm.
Time: 7pm tonight
Meet: Usual spot (83rd street east drive near the Hamilton statue)
Distance: 4-5 mile loop
