Join us tonight (9/19) for MNR!!
We’ll be meeting at 7PM near the Hamilton statue in the Park. Option for 4 or 5 mile loop with pace groups. Afterwards, we’ll head to Dorrians for food and drinks. Hope you can join!
Tonight’s marathon workout is 4 x 1.5 miles @ MGP with 2 min recoveries between each set. Note that this workout is longer than a 4 to 5 mile loop so if you want to complete the full workout, you’ll need to start before 7 or plan on adding on afterwards.
