Join us tonight (10/23) for MNR! We’ll be meeting at 7PM near the Hamilton statue, behind the Met. Option for 4 or 5 mile loop with pace groups. And, it’s #RDRW, so don’t forget to wear red tonight! Afterward, we’ll be heading to Dorrian’s for food and drinks.
And for anyone training for the marathon or another upcoming fall race, there will be a Cat Hill workout:
