Wed 10/30: 2x 1600m @ MGP on 3′ standing rest; post if you offer/want company
Thu 10/31: 1.5hrs easy; not a typo, run very slowly for 90mins, post if you offer/want company, then carbo-load at Last Thursday and Friday’s pasta party.
