Get ready for your fall marathon! This year we’ll have two sessions, one geared towards the Berlin Marathon (late September) and one for NYC (early November). We’ll start next week for Berlin and for NYC in August. Choose one of the options and join us Tuesdays and Thursdays!
This is the full calendar (one tab for Berlin and one for NYC) with the tentative meeting locations after the warm-up. Each week we’ll post the schedule for the week.
Berlin and NYC Marathon Trainings
For this coming week we’ll do the following:
Tue 7/2, 3-5x 1200m @ MGP on 400m jog, let’s meet at 7:10 behind the Met where the central park loop meets with the 84th St entrance to the park.
Thu 7/4, 3-4 miles @ MGP, let’s meet at 7:10pm on the Hudson River Path/West Side Highway at the 72nd St exit.

On Thursday 4th of July we’ll meet at 9am so people can celebrate in the afternoon/evening, the meeting point after the warmup is on the Hudson River Path/West Side Highway at the 72nd St exit, again, at 9am.
