Hi all,

Marathon Sunday is almost upon us so it’s time to get out your cowbells and come and yell for your friends! Details and ways to help out, below.

Timing and location
The TRD cheer table will on the east side of 1st Ave at 114th St (mile 19, runner’s right).We will be out there starting around 10:15am to see the professional women run by. Res Dogs runners will arrive between (very approximately) 11:00am and 2pm, depending on their wave.

If you are running and want something specific at the table
If there is a specific type of gel, Gatorade, or other race day treat you’d like at the table, please hand it off to me at the pasta dinner and we will make sure you get it as you run by.

Sign-up to bring snacks
In order to keep our cheer squad well-nourished, we are asking a few people to volunteer to bring coffee or snacks for the group. TRD will reimburse you so remember to keep your receipts. Volunteer to take pictures
