Congratulations to our 33 registered runners! Runners: Please email your your start time & goal pace or finish time to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Cheer spot will be on the East side of 1st Avenue at 114th Street near mile 19 (across the street from Jefferson Park). Friends, family, and real dogs are welcome!
We will have a table and banner. Cheerers are encouraged to bring snacks and beverages to share with fellow cheerers.
Things to bring:
–potluck style snacks, baked goods, chips, dips, etc. to share with cheerers
–water, juice, coffee, etc. for cheerers
–oranges, bananas, pretzels, salt packets, powerbars, GU, etc. for runners. *Note: NYRR no longer allows open distribution of food to runners so these will be for our team members only. We only need a small supply of these items. -No bulk bags.
–non-edible handouts for runners: tissues, vaseline with popsicle sticks, etc.
–noise makers (there will be cowbells at the table)
–signs, markers (Stock up at the expo!)
We will have serving bowls, cups, napkins, a knife for slicing, and garbage bags. There is a Dunkin Donuts 2 blocks away & delis + grocery stores nearby all on the East side of 1st Ave. You can request reimbursement if you save your receipts.

10:40am: set up
11:30-12:30: Wave 1 expected
12:30-1:30: Wave 2 expected
1:30-2:30 Wave 3 expected
2:30-3:30 Wave 4 expected
4:00: clean up
…6:00: after party at Amity Hall
We have team members running in all waves. We would like to have a cheerers represented throughout the day, especially for the later waves when crowds are smaller. Feel free to stay all day or drop in at whatever time is convenient for you.
