Hi all,
Giving some advance notice for Last Thursday this month because we will be bringing back the TRD bake-off and we want to give everyone time to pick and perfect their recipes! This year the category will be cookies and bars. As with last time, we hope to have a good number of participants and then everyone who attends (including the bakers themselves) will taste and vote on their top 3 favorites. Whoever gets the highest score wins the grand prize!
In order to tell the bakers how much to make, it would be helpful if you could RSVP at the link below. You won’t be locked into your RSVP, it’s just for a general sense of numbers.
We’ll be gathering at a bar on the upper west side, but the location is still TBD. We’ll loop back with that info ASAP.
In the meantime, get those aprons on, and hope to taste your culinary confections in a few weeks!
JoelleQuick update which is that the Last Thursday bake-off will be at Prohibition on 84th and Columbus. Our reservation isn’t until 8pm, but they have live music from 6:30pm-8pm, so feel free to get there early and then join our table at 8!
