FYI of long run options:
supported NY Flyers Bridge Run

For those doing Harlem 5k (Club Points race!) the day before and need a long run option. They set up aid stations along the way with lots of goodies. $20, pre-registration is required. They cap at 400. Another one is usually scheduled in Oct.
