Tuesday, August 14th
Meet for warm up: Engineers gate at 7:05pm
Meet for workout: 400 mark behind the Met (approximately 84th street east drive) at 7:30pm
Workout: 5×1600 meters @HMP with 400 meter recovery
Where: Along Park drive from ~e84th St to ~e100th St
Thursday August 16th
Meet: 7pm Daniel Webster monument west side of 72nd transverse (workout will be on the west side)
Workout: 1 mile warm up, 4@HMP, 1 mile cool down
Saturday, August 18th
On your own
Workout: 17-21 miles with your last 4 miles @MGP
