Hello everyone,
Here is this weeks workout for Chicago.
Tuesday
Meet: 7pm Daniel Webster monument west side of 72nd transverse (workout will be on the west side)
Workout: 8 minutes, 12 minutes, 16 minutes @ HMP with 4 minutes jog in between. Recommend 1-2 mile warm up and cool down.
Thursday
Meet: 7pm Daniel Webster monument west side of 72nd transverse (workout will be on the west side)
Workout: 1 mile warm up, 2×2 miles@MGP with 1 mile jog in between, 1 mile cool down
Saturday
14 miles easy If feeling good do 5-9 of the 14 miles at MGP.
