Meet for workout: 7:00pm 400 meter mark behind the met. Approximately 84th street and east drive
Workout: 6x 1200m @ MGP on 400m jog
Meet for workout: 7pm Cross walk on 66th and west drive in the park (across from Tavern on The Green)
Workout: 3x Lower Loop: MGP, HMGP, 10KGP (no rest between the loops)
18-20 easy miles
