Here is this weeks workouts for Chicago.
Meet: 7:00pm Riverbank state park track (there is an entrance to the park on 138th and riverside)
Workout: 6-8 sets of 800m @HMGP recovery is 800m @MGP+30″
Meet: 7pm Daniel Webster monument west side of 72nd transverse
Workout: 1 mile warm up, 4-7 miles @MGP, 1 mile cool down (we will do the workout on the west side)
15-20 miles easy
