Hopefully everyone’s training is going well so far. Here is this weeks workouts.
Workout: 4x1600m @HMP with 400m rest
Meet: 7pm at Engineers gate
Where: workout will be done on the mile stretch on the east side between 84th street and 102.
Workout:1 mile warm up 4-6 miles at MGP 1 mile cool down
Meet: 7pm Daniel Webster Monument on the west side of the 72nd transverse
Where: We will do our warm up mile across 72nd to the west side and do the workout on the west side
9-11 miles easy
7-8 800m @MGP with 800m rest
If you are doing club champs you can use that as your pick ups. I will be doing easy miles before and after club champs and use club champs as my pick up miles.
