Here is this weeks Chicago marathon workouts:
Tuesday July 17th
Meet: Engineers gate at 7PM
Workout: Ladders 2-3 sets 400m, 800m, 1200m @half marathon pace with 400m jogging rest
Where: we will be starting them at the 400 mark behind the Met (approximately 84th street east drive)
Thursday July 19th
Meet: Engineers gate at 7pm
Workout: Progression Run 1 mile easy, 1 mile MGP, 1 mile HMP, 1 mile 5k pace, 1 mile easy
Where: We will be doing the 5 mile loop of the park
Saturday July 21st (This workout is not an official Res Dog workout. Feel free to reach out to people to see when and where they are doing their long run)
Workout: Long run 14-17 easy miles
We will continue to have regular speed workouts on Wednesdays for those not doing Chicago training.
