I hope everyone is staying healthy and not yet going stir crazy from their social distancing. While we won’t be meeting as a group it doesn’t mean you can’t go for a run if you’re so inclined.
For those of you following the BK training plan this weekend’s run calls a total of 7-10 miles with 2-3x 1 mile @ HP with 1 mile at easy/normal pace in between the faster miles.
An 8 mile version of this would look like 3-4 miles easy, 1 mile @ HP, 1 mile easy, 1 mile @ HP, 1-2 mile easy.
A 10 mile version could be 4 miles easy, 1 mile @ HP, 1 mile easy, 1 mile @ HP, 1 mile easy, 1 mile @ HP, 1 mile easy.
Try to be consistent with the miles @ HP and to keep the easy/normal miles at a pace you’d do a typical run at.
