Week three of our Tuesday Night Speed workouts is upon us. Brett will be hosting this week.
Workout: 4x 1 mile on 400m jog. Those training for a marathon will run at their Half Marathon Goal Pace (HMGP). Those not can either run at what their estimated half marathon pace would be or slightly faster if training for a shorter distance race. HMGP should be about 15″ faster than your marathon pace.
Where: Across the drive from Tavern on the Green, light post 6703. Right by the water fountain. We’ll run back and forth across the bottom of the loop.
When: 7:30pm at the light pole ready to start the first interval.
Marathon Training Warm Up: Recommended 1-2 miles. Meet at Engineer’s Gate at 7:05pm if you’d like to warm up together (will run 2 miles and end at the light post down at Tavern)
Cool Down: Recommended 1-3 miles.
