Hi all,
Workout #2 of our fall marathon training is tonight.
Workout: 3 miles @ Marathon Goal Pace (MGP)
Location: Engineers Gate; 90th & 5th. We will follow the normal MNR route, 3 miles gets us to ~ Tavern on the Green
Time: 7:30pm, we will start with normal Thursday Night Run
Warm up: Recommended 1-2 miles easy. Meet at Engineer’s Gate at 7:05pm if interested in running as a group
Cool Down: Recommended 1-3 miles easy
