Join us for the NYC Marathon training this week, meet Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm behind the Met by the Hamilton Statue. Saturday’s run is on your own but feel free to join our Saturday Morning Run during your long run. Remember to warm up 1-2 miles before.
Tuesday 8/17: 2-3x 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 mile @ HMGP
Thursday 8/19: 3-4 mile Progression (2-1-1)
Saturday 8/21: 13-17 miles (on your own)
