Join us tonight (8/14) for MNR! We’ll be meeting at 7PM near the Hamilton statue, behind the Met. Option for 4 or 5 mile loop with pace groups. Afterwards we’ll head to Dorrian’s on 84th and 2nd for food and drinks. Hope you all can join!
Also, for anyone training for NY or another fall race, tonight’s workout is:
3x3min @ Threshold / 2 min recovery
4 min easy between sets
3x1min @ 5K / 2 min recovery
3 min easy between sets
3x30s strides / 1 min recovery
