Beautiful night for a run. All are welcome and all should come out : ) We will be meeting at 7PM for speed tonight at our usual spot behind the Met on 83rd St and the east park drive near the Hamilton statue. The workout is below. We will be doing the 1200’s in front of engineers gate and then do the hill portion of the workout on Cat Hill.
Workout:
A: 4x 1200m @ Tempo-10K on 1’ jog or 1’ standing recovery, 4x 45” hills @ hard effort, jog recovery
B: 6x 1200m @ 10K pace on 1’ jog, 6x 45” hills @ hard effort, jog recovery
