Come on out for some shorter intervals tonight along the East Drive. Weather looks like it’ll be great (for summer 😉 )
We will have two workouts to choose from…
Club Champs: 1 mile @ Saturday’s race pace. 2′ rest. 2x 400m @ 5k pace on 60″ rest. 2x 200m Fast on 45″ rest.
Non-Club Champs: 4x 1k @ 5k effort on 90″ rest. 3-4x 400m @ 3k effort on 60″ rest.
Don’t forget to wear red for TRD Red Week!
