Hi All,
Tonight’s workout will be hosted by Brian.
Workout: 5-7x 1000m @ 10k-Half Marathon pace on 200m jog or 1′ standing rest
Meeting Place: Grass area in front of the Alexander Hamilton statue
Time: 6:30pm
