Come out for some faster running tonight! Workout will be a good starting point for BK half training and can be modified a few simple ways for anyone targeting a 5k or 10k too!
Time/Location: 7:30pm at the Southern Pumphouse or 7:35pm on East Drive behind the Met
Workout: 3-5x 800m/400m @ 10K/5K pace with 400m jog between the 800m and 400m and 1′ standing rest after the 400m pick up.
