Do you complain July and August temperatures are too high for comfortable runs and workouts? If so, then this week’s Wednesday workout is PERFECT for you: low 40s, a few clouds and some kilometer repeats!
We will meet at 730p at the Southern Pump House bridge and after a warmup we will run kilometer repeats at half-marathon goal pace with a one-minute moving recovery. If you are late we will start at ~740p on East Drive behind The Met.
A: 6-7×1000
B: 8×1000
(For you landlubbers stuck on Imperial measurements, a kilometer is 0.6213712 of a mile.)
As usual, happy to safeguard backpacks, fluid bottles, small-denomination bills, snacks and any jackets or other layers that you would never think of wearing to a July or August workout. See you Wednesday!
