Another Wednesday, another Nor’easter! As with the last few weeks we’ll make a game-day call on conditions, with a go/no-go call no later than 430p Wednesday.
If we can run, we’ll meet at the Southern Pump House bridge at 730p for some pyramids on East Drive. The full workout is 2×400-600-800-600-400m with
—45 seconds rest after each repeat during in first set (stationary or moving, your choice)
—60 seconds full rest between pyramids
—60 seconds rest after each repeat during the second set (stationary or moving, your choice)
If you are late, find us on the East Drive straight between E85 and E96. Total workout distance is ~4.5 miles, we’ll throw in a short warmup to round it up to ~5 miles.
This workout is eminently flexible in terms of quantities and distances (I’m looking at you, NYC Half runners …), plus it’s great for seeing everyone’s smiling faces throughout!
