It’s time for the MNR Winter Olympics!
Why: Because running in the winter is the worst, so let’s make it more enjoyable with some fun post run activities!
When: 6 weeks of games, with a break after week 3 (normal monday run), and an awards night
For each week (you must complete the MNR run to receive points at the post run events):
1st gets 4 points
2nd gets 3 points
3rd gets 2 points
All participants get 1 point
Schedule of Events:
January 6th – Ugly Sweater run! Post @ Dorrian’s
You must wear your ugly sweater for the entire MNR run to receive points
January 13th – Basketball Shootout! Post @ Ryan’s Daughter
Everyone gets 2 chances to reach their highest score on the b-ball arcade game machine
January 20th – SHAKE OFF! Post @ Dorrian’s
Shakes will be from Shack Shake – vanilla or chocolate, your call
If you are participating, we will buy the shakes but please bring or send $5

January 27th – BREAK WEEK
Midway point recovery night (at Dorrian’s)
February 3rd – Darts, location TBD
Everyone gets 2 chances of 3 throws to reach their highest score
Feb 10th – Hot Chocolate Run + Cookie Challenge! Post @ Dorrian’s
We’ll have hot chocolate (thanks Brett and Jay!) at engineer’s gate right after the run
At Dorrian’s, we’ll line up 5 at a time and try to eat a cookie from off your face without using your hands. Winners of each round go to the finale
February 17nd – Flip Cup! Post @ Dorrian’s
Team to win the most gets 3 points, all participants get 1
February 24 – Awards night @ Dorrian’s
